FEE
FOR ACCESS TO ONLINE ACCREDITATION
The
one-time fee to purchase access to ICAVL Online Accreditation is $200.This fee provides your laboratory with personalized access
to ICAVL Online Accreditation, notification of periodic updates
to the online Standards, and everything you need to apply
for accreditation. Once the order is placed, the laboratory
is not obligated to apply for accreditation within any given
period of time. Access to ICAVL Online Accreditation
and your account is good for the life of your facility.
Based on the testing
procedures offered within their facility, laboratories may apply
in any combination of the following areas of accreditation:
- Extracranial
Cerebrovascular
- Intracranial
Cerebrovascular
- Peripheral
Arterial
- Peripheral
Venous
- Visceral
Vascular
- Screening

The application fee structure is as follows:
$1500...Includes base fee and one testing area |
| $300 per additional testing area over one |
| $750 for each additional site over one |
| $200 per mobile unit |
Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories with multiple sites and/or mobile services.
Application fees should not be paid until the laboratory submits an online application for accreditation.
